To analyse a specific issue, you may be requested by the HRT support team to collect and send the application logs. Logs are created automatically by each app, and can be collected and sent to HRT by email.



AUTOMATIC (recommended)


From the App, click on the 3-dots menu -> Settings -> Feedback

An email that contains your basic system information will be created, and log files attached.

MANUAL


Windows

From the App, click on the 3-dots -> Settings -> Logs

Alternatively, manually navigate to the following path:

<drive>:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\HRT\HuddleHub\Log

A different folder is created for each day of use.


MacOSX

From the App, click on the 3-dots -> Settings -> Logs

Alternatively, manually navigate to the following path:

<Macintosh HD>/Users/<User>/HHO_log

(if you don't see it, please go to Finder->Go->Home)

One file is created for every session.


Android

Logs can be found by entering File Manager and navigating to:

Local/Internal memory/Android/data/si.hrt.hhone/files

 

iOS

Logs can be found by entering Settings and navigating to:

Settings -> Privacy -> Analytics -> Analytics data

Select the log "HRTIOSClient-xxxxx" and "broadcast-xxxxx" and share it
